Our staff strives to provide you with a memorable vacation experience. We are here to insure your satisfaction. Please make all special requests to our experienced staff at the Reservation Center.
Reservation Center Hours
The Reservation Center is located one block north of Pipers Run Condominium at 19823-A Gulf Boulevard. We are open 9:00AM (EST) to 5:00PM Monday through Saturday and 10:00AM to 4:00PM on Sunday. Please check in at the Reservation Center.

Pet Policy
Please - No Pets.
Reservation Deposit
Advance deposits are required for all reservations. Reservation will be cancelled if deposit is not received fourteen days after reservation is taken. Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of $200 (US funds) per week of stay.
Cancellation and Deposit Refund
Reservations cancelled more than 30 days before arrival date will be charged $25 handling fee. Reservations cancelled within 30 days of arrival date will forfeit the entire deposit.
Security Deposit
An open credit card is required as a security deposit. After check-out and inspection of condominium, any damages and missing item will be charged to the guest.
Rental Payment
Full payment is due upon arrival. All payments must be in US funds. Travelers checks, cash, money orders, Visa, MasterCard and Discover cards are accepted. Florida law required proper identification.
Check-In Time
Check-in time is 4:00PM (EST) at the Reservation Center. If you anticipate arrival before 4:00PM, please notify the Reservation Center in advance and every effort will be made to prepare your accommodations for an early arrival. However, we do not guarantee availability before 4:00PM.
Check-In Late Arrival
The Reservation Center is open until 5:00PM (4:00PM Sunday) EST, If you anticipate a late arrival, please call us to make special arrangements.
Check-In Procedure
Check-in at the Reservation Center, one block north of Pipers Run Condominium. Upon arrival guests must inspect the condominium for any damage or maintenance needs and immediately report those items to the Reservation Center. All damages and missing items will be charged to the guests.
Key Deposit
No key deposit is required. However, there is a $100 charge for each lost key. There is a $25 charge for after office hours lockouts.
Check-Out Time
Please return the keys to the Reservation Center. Check-out is 10:00AM. Additional charge for late check-out. Arrangements must be made in advance, based on availability, for late check-out.
Telephone
The condominium has its own private phone. Long distance calls require a Calling Card.
Housekeeping
Fresh linen and towels are provided at check-in. Extra linen/towels are available for a fee.
Laundry
Washer and dryer are located inside the condominium.
Trash Removal
Please bag and remove trash on a daily basis.
Maintenance
Report any maintenance needs to the Reservation Center. Emergency after hours phone numbers are: (727) 420-2025 or (727) 420-1905
Parking
Parking permit is issued at check-in. Hang the permit on rear view mirror. Boats, trailers and other watercrafts are not permitted in parking lot. Local marinas offer short and long term storage. Vehicles without a parking permit may be towed, without notice, at owner's expense.
Comment Card
Guest's comments are valued. Please complete the Comment Card and return to the Reservation Center for immediate attention.
