How Do I Make Extra Money?

Your only goal is to provide referrals in exchange for a portion of the commission paid in the transaction. Your referrals are placed with a qualified broker / realtor® . When your referral buys or sells real estate, you receive a portion of the commission.

You do not list or sell, or engage in other related activities such as holding open houses, participating in negotiations, or otherwise portraying yourself to the general public as being actively involved in directly providing realtor® services.

How Much Can I Earn?

Depending on how active you choose to be, you could generate an unlimited amount of money. Referral agents are paid 70% of the referral fee. The referral fee is usually 20% of the commission received by the broker that services the client.

As an example, suppose a referral is given for a buyer that purchases a home for $200,000.00. Suppose the servicing broker receives a 3% commission of $6,000.00. America One Referral Realty, Inc receives 20% of $6,000.00, which is $1,200.00. You receive 70% of the $1,200.00 which is $840.00. Simply calling the office with leads is an easy way to earn money. More successful leads – more money!

What Is The Cost To Join?

FREE the first year. After the first year, there is a $50 annual fee. However, this fee is waived if within the previous year one referral successfully closed and a commission was earned.
