SUCCESS GROUP
SIX STEP PLAN

• STEP 1 Prior to taking the required pre-licensing course, we will meet once a week in a small SUCCESS GROUP of 1-5 students. These informal classes will discuss and review 1 to 2 chapters a week from the book, Florida Real Estate Principles, Practices & Law
  
  This weekly SUCCESS GROUP will:
  • Guide you in preparing for the Pre-Licensing Course and Florida State License Exam
  • Provide support and confidence
  • Improve study skills
  • Improve test taking skills
• STEP 2 Register and attend a Florida Real Estate Commission (FREC) approved pre-licensing Course I for sales associates
  
  This pre-licensing course consists of 63 classroom hours. This course is a repeat of what was learned in the weekly SUCCESS GROUP. Tutoring will continue as needed.
  
  You must pass the end-of-course exam with a grade of 70 or higher to qualify for the Florida Real Estate Sales Associate Examination.
• STEP 3Submit a completed Application in order to be eligible to take the Florida Real Estate Sales Associate Examination.
• STEP 4Pass the Real Estate Sales Associate Examination. Tutoring will continue as needed. You must pass the state exam with a grade of 75 or higher.
• STEP 5Submit a completed RE 2050-1 form to activate your license.
• STEP 6Attend a one-day orientation at the Greater Tampa Board of Realtors to receive your REALTOR® designation and become a member of the Florida Mid-Regional Multiple Listing Service.
